My mother, Mira, went missing when I was around 11 years old.  Within the past several years I've been able to speculate more on where she's been. Through private investigators and hearsay, I've come up with a list of 6 cities which are her last known locations.  Starting in

Honolulu (which is where I was born), the paintings move through to

Los Angeles,

Las Vegas,

San Francisco

South Korea

and Hong Kong with Hong Kong being possibly the actual last known location.
Each painting has images of my mother with missing persons posters.  Sometimes there are images of my father or myself as a baby.  I started doing this as a way to process my loss and to find a connection to Mira.  Ultimately my goal is to find her, but to also send her a message of love, support and care,
I recently graduated with my BFA here in San Francisco, and being an emerging artist with such an ambitious goal, my hope is to gain as much help and support as I can through this campaign,
I will start off this first show in San Francisco with a goal of $900.  The money will be going towards transportation of the artworks, promotional items, mounting/installation supplies, and the rental fee of the venue.  If this show goes successfully, then I will be able to travel to the remaining 5 cities to set up the same show with separate Gofundme campaigns for each one.
The show is set for May 5-7 so the campaign will run until then.

Thanks for listening to my story and for your support on my path to my mother, Mira.
